artolino.com has an insurance that covers the arising costs in case of damage during shipment. To prevent your objects from damage we recommend you to carefully pack them. Otherwise the insurance may not be taken responsible for a claim in case of damage. If an object gets damaged the insurance will cover the costs of restoring the object respectively refunds the value of the object.
In case of damage during shipment please contact us as soon as possible for a satisfactory processing.
Usually artolino does not lock or delete member-accounts. However, on artolino.com you have to - as well as in all other areas of life - to play by the rules. If you violate these rules, we will inform you about your violation and you will get a "warning". If your behaviour does not improve despite all warnings, we will likely be forced to delete your account...
