Yes, of course! However, you must keep in mind to remove your objects from artolino directly after you sold it elsewhere because otherwise a regular sale cannot be guaranteed. If you miss it to remove objects which you sold elsewhere, you will get a "warning". The customer which intended to buy your art will be granted a discount for another of your objects. This discount will be granted at your expense.
artolino takes care of the organisation of the shipping. As an artist you do not have to care about the shipping and its costs. If an object gets ordered, we hold on until we receive the payment. Then you get informed by us that you have to do the package of the object and keep it available for our carrier. The carrier will pick up the object at your site!
artolino.com seeks to offer its customers short and trouble-free shippings.In order to secure that, you have to react on each order quickly (of course we will get a notification by e-mail) and make your item ready for shipping rapidly. The item then will be picked up by an artolino carrier. The only thing you have to do is to take care of a safe packing of your item. Our logistic partner will phone you to arrange an appointment regarding the pick-up-time of the item. artolino.com delivers within three weeks - hence you can contribute to shorten the delivery times and satisfy our customers!

If one of your items is sold via artolino.com, the customer pays artolino.com the sales price. When the payment is credited to our bank account, we assign one of our delivery partner to pick up the item from you and to deliver it to the customer. After a seven days (working days) withdrawal period for the customer, the sales price of your item less the 30% artolino commission (plus VAT) is purchased to your bank account. You always can determine the sales price of your items yourself - thus you have full control over your remaining profit. According to this procedure artolino.com arises as a trustworthy instance between customers and artists. Thereby a financial abuse should be prevented in any respect.

Yes! artolino.com allows you to upload, offer and sell only objects made by you!
artolino.com will never delete your profile-page arbitrarily, except you repeatedly violate the rules. After a long inactivity or if it is your desire we may also delete your account - of course you will be noticed per email before we do so.
No, we will never force you to do something! However we recommend you to use your creativity and abilities in as many areas as possible, as the distribution-concepts are fitted exactly to customer-groups with different preferences. Your chances to earn money with your art will increase the more you take part in! With every new uploaded object you get the possiblity to set the distribution-concepts it should take part - wether you want to sell it (buy) or you also want to rent it (rent). Of course you can also volunteer for jobs on the "booking-board" (book).
artolino.com grants every customer the right to return items within 14 days. The item will be picked up at the customer's home and will be send back to the artist by artolino. If the object arrived properly, the customer will be reimbursed the paid amount. As an artist you will get back the commission and may upload your object on artolino.com again.

As most countrys have differnt laws, artolino does not take care of your taxes. Please inform yourself at your responsible fiscal authority to prevent from trouble.
On artolino.com private customers and companys may place offers/requests on the "booking-board" (book). After approval these offers are visible for everybody and artists may place concrete proposals for the offers. After the client made a decision for one of the proposals or artists, the offer will be realized through artolino.com. As an artist you will be informed about your acceptance and we will enable contact between you and your client. Both sides will be supported and accompanied by us during the whole process. This grants a common basis of trust and minimizes the risks for both sides - artist and client.
